Ri Kwang-Chon (Hanja: 李光川,Korean: 리광천, born 4 September 1985) is a North Korean international football player. He currently plays for April 25 in DPR Korea League.

He played an integral part of the North Korea team that qualified for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

Club career

Since 1999, Ri Kwang-Chon plays for Amrokgang in the DPR Korea League. He helped them to the League title in 2002, but the number of games he has played and goals he has scored for them is still unknown. He is one of the longest serving players of the team.

International career

Cha has been a part of the National team since 2001, and has won 38 caps, scoring 1 goal. He is also part of the Korean defence that qualified for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.[1]
